Applied Mechanics
Applied Mechanics is a supportive branch to civil as well as mechanical departments. It is dealt with the principles of machines and its application to solve engineering problems.
Subjects like Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures, Design of Steel Structures, Concrete Technology, Structural Mechanics, Strength of Materials and Applied Mechanics which are basic foundation to be a Structural Engineer are taught in this program.
The laboratories are well equipped with required instruments and equipment.
